Round Monadnock

Round Monadnock Gravel Grinder at Granite Gorge

Calling all cyclists! Join us for an epic fall weekend around Mount Monadnock, the most hiked mountain in the U.S.. Partnering with Granite Gorge Mountain Bike Park, we've got a fun-filled itinerary:

Fully supported ride:

THIS COURSE IS NOT MARKED AND IS A GPS NAVIGATION ONLY ROUTE

This GPS course will be unveiled the week before the event and the course will not be marked. If you don't have a GPS unit RideWithGPS on a cellphone is a great option. Having a handlebar phone mount is very convenient to have navigation in view. We will send out a few team riders of different pace so you can join us for a sort of guided group ride or use the gpx to take on the course yourself.  Some sections of the course are fairly remote and will have little cell signal in low areas so be prepared to be self sufficient for routing. Come on out and join us for an incredible adventure!

Cell reception is very intermittent.  Please be sure you download all .gpx files before coming to the event.

Recommended Bike:

We consider this a classic gravel route. It will have a great mix of smooth dirt roads, minimal pavement connectors, some fun unmaintained (class 6) roads, and a couple sections of two track style trails. This route is perfectly suitable for a gravel bike but expect a couple short sections of rough terrain. It would also be a great route on a rigid flat bar bike or a hardtail.

Cap off your adventure with celebratory drinks and good company at The Roxbury Bar and Grill. Don't miss this chance to experience stunning fall foliage, panoramic mountain views, and a fantastic day of cycling!
